Simon's, named after the 1900's timber tycoon and the original builder and hotelier, has a nostalgic and romantic ambience from that bygone era. Our restaurant offers delicious and seasonal menus, and an award winning wine list. You will take in some of the most breathtaking views in the gorge from our dining room.
